Description
Day-spa package “Health day, lunch and spa centre TERMID” is valid Mon-Fri and includes:
- Medical consultation with a doctor or nurse
- Bathrobe and towel rental for a comfortable visit to the procedures and spa centre (please bring swimwear and spa sandals with you)
- 3 different medical treatments from the selection:
– partial massage (20 min)
– ozokerite (mountain wax) treatment
– relaxation therapy
– paraffin treatment for hands
– treatment bath with herbs
– treatment bath for feet
– localized cold therapy
– salt chamber
– therapeutic gymnastics in a group (back and joint training group or neck and shoulder training group)
– guided aqua gymnastics in the pool
– inhalation
– light treatment with 2 Bioptron lamps
– prescribed by a doctor: magnetotherapy, ultrasound therapy, microwave therapy, diadynamics or amplipulse - Buffet lunch in 5th floor buffet restaurant 12:00-14:00
- Use of sauna and water centre TERMID 3 h 10:00-21:30
