Massage is done with warmed herbal balls combined with ancient Estonian massage techniques. Herbal balls, consisting of Estonian herbs, along with herbal oils, relax muscle and nerve strains maximally, empower senses and feelings. Massage stimulates blood circulation, calms and eliminates strain.
Based on the chosen herbs according to client’s individual needs, the massage is suitable for painful joints, stomach problems, colds, ulcers, cramps, nerves, infections, pains, insomnia, or skin problems.

Spa treatment “Sundar Holistic Ritual” 180 min

Step 1 – Ayurvedic consultation

The consultation starts with filling out the Dosha test. The test will give you an overview of your nature and your primary Ayurvedic Dosha type. Based on your Dosha type you will be given different recommendations, which can be applied to balance and enrich your daily life.

Step 2 – Face treatment based on your Dosha type

The holistic treatment restores and rejuvenates the skin, and adjusts perfectly to the specific needs of the client’s skin. The natural active ingredients are blended with exfoliating particles and as the result of their interaction the skin is thoroughly cleaned and nourished. The unique Sundãri Marmassage (a special stimulating point massage) complements the experience even further, and has an uplifting effect on the skin, helping the formation of new skin cells and having an anti-aging effect.

Step 3 – Body treatment from the list below

Gotu Kola glow body treatment
The Gotu Kola glow body treatment makes the skin silky smooth and soft. Rosehip oil exfoliates and moisturises the skin, Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica) and cardamom oil add elasticity and lift the skin. The treatment relaxes the body as well as the mind, and reduces stress.
Omega 3 body cleanse
The Omega 3 body cleanse helps nourish and protect your skin as thoroughly as it is humanly possible. This treatment combines the effects of linseed oil, rich Omega 3 fatty acid and coconut powder, nourishing the skin and creating a protective layer onto it. Finally, a softening body emulsion containing Omega 3 and the loquat (Eriobotrya japonica) is massaged into the skin.
Neem tree body treatment for delicate and sensitive skin
Slightly exfoliating and nourishing body treatment for sensitive skin. Date seed, jojoba and pumpkin enzymes remove dead skin cells and renew the skin. Neem tree and blood orange moisturise the skin and leave a protective layer on it.

Part 4 – Healing neem tree scalp treatment

Scalp treatment with neem tree and coconut oil stimulates blood circulation in the scalp and promotes hair growth. Coconut oil strengthens the hair follicle and helps to prevent the loss of protein in the hair. Neem tree oil has a therapeutic effect on the scalp and encourages hair growth. A special Indian style massage is performed on the scalp as well as the neck and décolleté.
